Shipping policy
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
- During peak periods (such as Black Friday, holiday season, or new collection launches), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.
- Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Standard Shipping: $7.95 AUD (2–6 business days).
- Express Shipping: $9.95 AUD (1–3 business days).
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $150 AUD.
International Shipping
- At this stage, SUNDAH ships within Australia only.
- If you’re located outside Australia and would like to purchase, please contact us at support@sundah.com with your location and order details, and we’ll do our best to assist with a custom shipping quote.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
- If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days of purchase, please check your junk folder or contact us at support@sundah.com.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order
- Some pieces (such as solid gold or bespoke) are made-to-order. Estimated production times are listed on the product page.
- Please allow this additional timeframe before your piece is shipped.
Delivery Issues
- SUNDAH is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed by the postal service once they have been handed over to the carrier.
- If your parcel is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll always assist where we can, but we cannot refund or replace items once marked delivered.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot reroute parcels once dispatched.
Gifting
- All orders are packaged in our signature SUNDAH packaging, ready for gifting.
- If you’d like to include a personal note, please leave your message at checkout.
