Returns & Store Credit
We want your SUNDAH piece to feel right for you. If it doesn’t, you may return full-priced jewellery within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging (pouch, card, box)
- Accompanied by your order number
Exclusions (Final Sale):
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Engraved or personalised items
- Solid gold or bespoke made-to-order pieces
- Sale and promotional items
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
- Prefer to choose something else? We’ll issue you store credit (valid for 12 months) so you can select another piece when the time is right.
- We do not process direct exchanges — issuing store credit gives you freedom to re-order in your own time.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty. Please use a tracked service.
- Returns must be requested and shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund or store credit.
How to Start a Return or Store Credit
To initiate a return, please email us at support@sundah.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Whether you would like a refund or store credit
- Reason for return
- Any relevant photos
We’ll respond with next steps and return instructions.
Warranty
Every SUNDAH piece is covered by a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.
This covers:
- Manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship (e.g. a clasp not closing, a stone coming loose from its setting).
This does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (including plating fade)
- Breakages caused by accidental pulling, catching, or improper handling
- Scratches, dents, tarnishing, or exposure to water/chemicals
- Loss or theft
- Work or repairs undertaken on a SUNDAH piece by third parties (this voids the warranty)
If your item is assessed as faulty under warranty, we will repair where possible. If repair isn’t possible, we will replace it with the same or a similar piece. If neither option is available, we will issue a refund.

- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the fault
